Margaritaville Resort Staycation

A staycation in your city is the best mini-vacation you can take in your own backyard. With staycations, you get to explore the hotels you’ve been longing to stay at without spending big bucks traveling out of state. I absolutely love staycations with the family, and another bucket list hotel we just had to check off was Margaritaville Resort.

Resort Style

Margaritaville Resort is themed to the max! I’m not usually a fan of overly themed places that can come across as cheesy, but this place nailed it. Even with the beach-style theme throughout the hotel, it wasn’t a bundle of ick. It was wonderfully designed and truly gave the feel of being on a tropical vacation without flying out of the country. Our rooms were simply perfect and suited our family to a tee.

The entire hotel layout felt like a little slice of paradise away from home. The grounds had a large pool for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded. The kids practically lived in the pool until it closed. Safe to say, they loved it! Margaritaville even has a water park, but unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to experience it this time.
