How to wear black tulle skirt

In my opinion, tulle has always been seen as an ultra-feminine, whimsical fabric. I thought tulle could only be worn to weddings as the bride’s or bridesmaids’ dresses. But… I was wrong! Now, I like incorporating tulle in everyday outfits.
