How to wear a Victorian blouse

When I thought of blouses, the image of a studious teacher would always come to mind. The image was of a pious peacock and always seemed dated. Well, my style and thinking has evolved. I learned to appreciate the sophisticated pious peacock look. With any style, create the look that suits you best. Sometimes I would pair a blouse with a conservative outfit or make it more fashion trendy by wearing a blouse with skinny jeans and stiletto heels. A little bit of Yin and Yang goes well together. Since I learned to embrace the blouse as a fashionable piece, I have become drawn to Victorian blouses. The frilly high neckline and ruffle sleeves make me feel like an aristocrat. The poshness of this blouse is a cute black and white fancy piece.
